KALDI バジルチリを使ってタイ料理

コストコのマテ茶鳥を解凍していたので鳥料理を作ることにした。

鳥モモが2枚。

１枚はチキンステーキに

もう1枚を使ってタイ料理を作ってみた。

カルディで買ったバジルチリペーストがあったのでガパオを作ることにした。

タイの屋台飯作りましょう。

材料はこれだけ。

鳥モモ2枚の内1枚は半分にして筋切りしてチキンステーキに。

もう1枚は食べやすい角切りにして酒に漬ける。

フレッシュバジルが有ればいいが無いのでニラを使う。

鳥に火が通ったらニラを入れてペーストを投入。

家庭で出せない多国籍のかおりが漂う。

勿論1プレートで盛り付ける。

目玉焼きを乗せたら完成だ。

旨いけど辛いので汗が止まらない！

多国籍な味付けだけどクセは無い。

今度はひき肉で作ってみよう。
